We have used this raingear for years, in weather up to and including white-out storms in the Beartooths. It is waterproof, breathable, compact, extremely light, and totally affordable! This hooded rainsuit is the latest innovation in high tech, microporous performance outdoor fabric. They’re the lightest garments on the market that deliver 100% waterproof, 100% windproof, and breathable performance. This patented garment uses ultrasonic seam welding for total sealing. The fabric is soft to the touch and comfortable against the skin. The only downside is that it is not super durable. We usually replace them after a season or two, but at $25 for the suit, we judge that to be a reasonable trade-off for the multitude of benefits. If you do a lot of off-trail hiking in brushy areas, this raingear would not be a good choice, at least for backpacking. You might still want to get a pair to throw in the trunk of your car in case you ever need them.

We carry the khaki beige color rainsuit. The jacket has a full-length zipper and a hood with drawstring. We currently carry sizes from small to XX-large. Generally, select from small - medium for 5'5" to 5'10" and 125 to 175 lbs, large - XL for 5'11' to 6'2" and 175 to 225 lbs, and XXL for 6'2" to 6'7" and 225 to 285 lbs.
