The Gossamer Gear Hip Belt Pockets are designed to give you what you need, a place to keep your small important items within easy reach while wearing your pack. Offered in 3 sizes to hold anything from a tiny light or pocket knife to a lightweight rain jacket. As simple as these are, Jeff put a lot of time into their creation and it shows. These groovy accessories will fit any Gossamer Gear pack ever made with a hip belt. A key feature to note is the velcro tab which is inserted into the velcro opening of the hip belt of any Gossamer pack and LOCKS the pocket in place so that it can't move once you set it. This is in addition to the elastic loops which slide over the belt and keep it snug. As an added bonus there is a small cord loop on each side that can be used to tie it off to the side of the pack if you want to wear it outside the range of the velcro opening or on a non-Gossamer Gear pack. These features all work together to keep the pocket in place on the belt when taking the pack off and on. In other words, pick whichever size works for you and put it anywhere on the belt you want.
